Bucket Leads provides marketing, lead generation, and related services. Results vary based on many factors outside our control. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE any specific outcome, including leads, revenue, rankings, or business results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when interacting with the Services.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure you have all rights and permissions to provide any data you submit (including prospect/customer data).
• Comply with all applicable laws and industry rules related to marketing and communications, including TCPA/CTIA rules for texting, CAN-SPAM, and applicable privacy laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCKET LEADS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bucket Leads and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
